Cherokee Park is located near to downtown just off Osprey Avenue. It is close to Southside School, Southside Village and the hospital. Large oak trees and the tropical foliage make this a favorite place to live. Built in the 1930’s, many of the traditional homes have been renovated recently. With only one block to the bay it is a nice area in Sarasota.
